چکیده
A new design of an immunosensor for viral molecules based on the ISFET nanoscale structure has been proposed. Physical processes take place inimmunosensor are modeled. The effect modulation surface potential interface between a semiconductor depleted layer (channel) and dielectric during interaction immobilization was used. Analytical expression source-drain current as function virus types concentration is presented analyzed. Dependency vs. viruses analyzed COVID-19 virus.
